  1. Subscriber Information
    The subscriber must provide all necessary documents and information to establish their identity, legal status, and business capacity. TraceBangla Technologies reserves the right to verify and validate all submitted information.

  2. False or Incomplete Information
    TraceBangla Technologies reserves the right to suspend, disconnect, or terminate services if any false or misleading information is provided. Subscribers must notify TraceBangla Technologies of any changes in their personal or business information promptly. Failure to do so may result in service suspension or termination.

  3. Confidentiality
    Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any shared information marked as confidential. Disclosure is permitted only if the information is publicly available, lawfully obtained, or required by law or regulatory authority.

  4. Ownership of Equipment
    All equipment, including routers, network devices, CCTV systems, or other devices provided by TraceBangla Technologies, remain the exclusive property of the company.

  5. Service Delivery Timeline
    TraceBangla Technologies will make reasonable efforts to deliver services within the agreed timeframe. In case of any delay, the subscriber will be notified as soon as possible.

  6. Service Disruption
    TraceBangla Technologies shall not be held responsible for any service interruption or discontinuation due to factors beyond its control, including but not limited to network failures, power outages, or natural disasters.

  7. Temporary Suspension for Maintenance
    Services may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, upgrading, or unforeseen circumstances. TraceBangla Technologies will provide prior notice whenever possible.

  8. Unauthorized Usage
    If a subscriber uses bandwidth, IP resources, or devices beyond the allocated limits or violates usage policies, TraceBangla Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate the connection without notice.

  9. Data Volume Limit
    If the subscriber exceeds their monthly data limit, the connection may be automatically restricted or disconnected as per the subscribed plan.

  10. Service Charges and Plan Changes
    TraceBangla Technologies reserves the right to modify package plans, pricing, validity, or terms at any time with official notification. Changes mandated by government or regulatory authorities do not require prior notice.

  11. Company Communication
    TraceBangla Technologies reserves the right to send service-related messages, offers, or updates to subscribers through any communication channel deemed appropriate.

  12. Service Quality
    While TraceBangla Technologies strives to provide the best possible service, quality and reliability may vary due to external factors. The company shall not be held liable for performance variations arising from such causes.

  13. Prohibited Activities
    Subscribers must not use TraceBangla Technologies services for unlawful or unethical purposes that may harm national interests or the company’s reputation. Any violation will result in service termination and possible legal action. The subscriber shall indemnify the company for any loss or damages caused by such misuse.

  14. Binding Notices
    All policies, pricing updates, and official notifications issued by TraceBangla Technologies via website, brochures, or other communication channels are binding upon subscribers.

  15. Payment Obligations
    Subscribers must pay all charges by the due date stated in the bill. Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination.

  16. Shifting Charge
    Subscribers requesting relocation of services must pay a shifting fee as determined by TraceBangla Technologies.

  17. Reconnection Policy
    Disconnected services due to non-payment may be reconnected upon full payment of outstanding dues and applicable reconnection fees.

  18. Equipment Return
    All company-provided equipment must be returned upon service termination. Damaged or missing equipment will be charged to the subscriber.

  19. Internet Usage Responsibility
    TraceBangla Technologies does not control the accuracy or reliability of online content. Subscribers are solely responsible for their internet usage.

  20. Equipment Care
    Subscribers must safeguard company equipment from damage due to negligence, misuse, fire, lightning, natural disaster, theft, or mishandling. The company may claim compensation for damaged equipment.

  21. Health and Safety Disclaimer
    TraceBangla Technologies shall not be liable for any health issues or hazards arising from the use or misuse of its products and services.

  22. Illegal Data Transmission
    Subscribers are solely responsible for any illegal activity, including unauthorized data transfer, spam, or cybercrimes conducted through their connection. Violations will result in immediate termination and legal consequences.

  23. Installation Requirements
    Subscribers must ensure proper electrical connections, grounding, UPS, and stabilizers. Relocating or altering company equipment without authorization is strictly prohibited.

  24. Installation Authorization
    No service or installation will proceed without proper documentation, approval, and clearance from TraceBangla Technologies’ authorized personnel.

  25. Service Modifications
    Any upgrade, downgrade, or disconnection request must be made in writing at least one month in advance.

  26. Customer Support
    Subscribers must report service issues or complaints directly to TraceBangla Technologies’ official customer service department for resolution.

  27. Reselling Prohibition
    Subscribers are not permitted to resell or share TraceBangla Technologies’ internet or network services without written authorization. Unauthorized reselling may result in legal action.

  28. Promotional Offers
    TraceBangla Technologies may introduce or withdraw promotional offers at its sole discretion. Eligibility and terms of such offers will be communicated through official channels.

  29. Limitation of Liability
    The company’s responsibilities are strictly limited to those stated in this agreement. TraceBangla Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business interruption.

  30. Policy Updates
    TraceBangla Technologies reserves the right to revise or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the official website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
